It is a plug-in device that is not just cost-efficient but also very convenient. It has many features that will not make you second guess your decision. There are two kinds of services that your ip phone could have. You can purchase the phone as per your requirement.
- One is the SIP, and another is the VoIP. The former is a session initiation protocol that manages messages, voice applications along with the video facility.
- The latter is Voice over Internet protocol that regulates all sorts of voice calls.
However, the bare minimum requirement is the Internet for both these services.
